Nancy Guthrie, Executive Director

Nancy loves living and working in Santa Fe and plans to retire here – way off in the future. She has a Masters in Public Administration and completed most of her research on nonprofit issues. Nancy has extensive work and volunteer experience in for profit and nonprofit sectors that she brings to her position at Many Mothers. In addition, Nancy and her husband have many years of experience parenting two biological, two adopted, and three foster children. Nancy also has 2 beautiful grandchildren.

Antoinette Villamil, Program Manager

Antoinette Villamil holds an MFA in Creative Writing from New Mexico State University. She has taught high school and college level writing classes, most recently at IAIA and New Mexico School for the Arts. She has also worked in nonprofits in Northern New Mexico for nearly ten years. As Program Director at Many Mothers, Antoinette loves supporting families in the Santa Fe community and spends her ever-diminishing free time hiking, practicing yoga, writing, and chasing after her four-year-old son.



Kristen Galbreath, Baby Box Program Coordinator

Kristen is currently studying nursing at Santa Fe Community College and plans to be a nurse midwife. She has experience as a birth doula and worked with a program in Santa Barbara providing prenatal, birth and postpartum support to Spanish speaking mothers. Kristen has traveled in South America and speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently. When Kristen isn’t working or studying she likes to get out of town on her motorcycle and spend time in the mountains around us and perform with Wise Fool.

Kristen loves working with families, talking to parents and grandparents about safe sleep and sharing the wonderful baby boxes full of goodies with new and expectant parents.



Magali Campos, Program Coordinator

Magali is mother to two little boys ages one and three. She was born in Mexico and lived there until age five before immigrating to the US. Magali has lived in Santa Fe for 13 years where she discovered her passion for helping others by meeting amazing people who do great community work. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Magali was supported by a Many Mothers volunteer and knows first hand the value and help a volunteer can provide a new parent.
